EXTRA CREDIT

7-8 Math

Students: Throughout the year, you may earn extra credit by playing/practicing your math skills on the computer or other device. In order to receive your points, your parents must send me an email by Friday of that week letting me know how long you practiced. There are many sites on the internet as well as free apps to use. One website is http://www.sheppardsoftware.com/math.htm Try to practice the skills that we are working on in class or skills that you previously had trouble with. One skill that is always good to practice is working with positive and negative numbers.

Parents: I will need to receive an email for each week that your child practices. For example, please do not email me at the end of the quarter letting me know that your child practiced all quarter. Also, in the subject line of the email, please write extra credit. I only open these emails at the end of the quarter, so please do not include any other timely information in the extra credit emails. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Online extra credit is entered into the computer at the 

end of the quarter. The points will not show up in 

TeacherEase until the quarter ends.
