TeacherEase Tips & Tricks
To view your child's missing work from all classes:
- Log into TeacherEase
- Click "Grades" in the left-hand column
- Scroll past the individual class grades
- "Missing Work" is visible as a horizontal line
- If assignments are listed, the teacher has marked those as "Missing"
To view your 5th-8th grade child's schedule:
- Log into TeacherEase
- Hover over "Academics" at the top of the page
- Select "Schedule"
- The schedule will appear
- If you are viewing this schedule during the school day, the class they are currently attending will change color
To send emails to multiple teachers at once:
- Utilize your personal email account rather than TeacherEase
- All teachers and staff have an email address. Addresses are firstname.lastname@icdschool.
org ([email protected]).
To view your 5th-8th grade child's minor referrals:
- Log into TeacherEase
- Hover over "Miscellaneous" at the top of the page
- Select "Behavior Logs"
Accessing Online Textbooks
To access online textbooks from home (many are available):
- Have your child log in to their Google Account.
- Click the "waffle" at the top right-hand corner.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom.
- Online textbooks can be accessed by clicking on the publisher's name.
- These resources can be accessed through "single-sign-on" utilizing their Google email address and password.
