Scheduling 2024 Parent Teacher Conferences

Conference scheduling will be available according to the following timeline. The link to schedule will be sent via email:
  1. October 10th - 12th  - Students identified by teachers as needing extra support.
  2. October 13th  - All ICD families.
  3. October 23rd - Conference scheduling will close at 3:00 p.m.
  4. 3:00 pm on October 23rd & After - Please email the teacher(s) directly if you need to make changes or cancel your appointment(s).

Some helpful reminders:
 
  • Preschool through 4th-grade conferences will be held in the classrooms, with the exception of Mrs. Larm, who will be conferencing in the Assistant Preschool Director's office (Mrs. Sharkey's office).
  • 5th through 8th-grade conferences will take place in the cafeteria
  • Special Area Teachers are available on the 2nd-floor landing for drop-in conferences, or you may schedule with them using the online scheduler.
  • Resource teachers will be conferencing in their respective rooms, with the exception of Mrs. McKeon, who will be conferencing in the library.
  • Parents of students in grades 5th through 8th will be limited to 3 conferences per student, due to limited availability.
  • If you are unable to attend Parent-Teacher Conferences on October 25 due to travel or illness, please contact the teacher(s) you wish to conference with by email. The teachers will schedule a phone conference with you following Fall Break. Teachers are unable to schedule individual conferences prior to Fall Break.
