K-8 Tuition Assistance

For the sake of your family’s security and peace of mind, and for the general financial stability of our school, we encourage parents or guardians to contact the pastor or the principal as soon as possible if and when they are experiencing economic difficulties. If economic difficulties arise after scholarship deadlines pass, or during the middle of the school year, families should not hesitate to inform the principal or pastor of their needs. Circumstances will be reviewed by the pastor and principal, and we will make the opportunity to apply for financial aid available to you.

If you are interested in applying for financial assistance for the 2026-2027 school year, please keep in mind there is one universal application for a variety of scholarship programs available. Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will be available beginning January 20, 2026. Families have the opportunity to apply for all TTEF scholarships using the unified online application. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • TTEF Financial aid is available to all families and is the only option for tuition assistance for families who are non-Catholic, non-ICD Parishioners, and/or Non-Contributing families.
  • For families who wish to apply for additional tuition assistance from ICD School & Parish, you are required to first apply for funds from TTEF.
  • Applications for additional funding from ICD School & Parish will open in April 2026.
    • Please note that this funding is only available to ICD Parishioner families on the Contributing Family Tuition Track. (If this is not you, and you need financial aid, then you should apply through TTEF.)
  • Here is a list of the documents that will be required of you to complete your application: 
    • 2024 OR 2025 W-2
    • OR most recent tax return
    • OR 3 most recent pay stubs

Some families will require additional financial support above and beyond what is awarded from TTEF. ICD Parish & School sets aside $100,000.00 for tuition assistance. This assistance is ONLY available to those families who are registered parishioners of Immaculate Conception Dardenne Catholic Church AND who are on the Contributing Family Tuition Track.

Families wishing to be considered for this additional tuition support must first apply for assistance from TTEF and then will need to complete an additional application for aid through FACTS. This application, opening on April 1st, can be found here, and can be accessed using your existing FACTS online account information or by creating a new online profile.
 
Any funds awarded through ICD Parish & School Tuition Assistance will be automatically credited to your FACTS Tuition Management account.
If you submitted your MoScholars application through FACTS, we already have it on file. We will contact you by email in early April to confirm whether that application should also be used for the ICD scholarship.
