Preschool Admissions Policy & Timeline

ICD Catholic School Policy of Admission for the Parish Preschool:

Priority of acceptance and enrollment of students expressing interest in attending ICD's Preschool will be offered based on the following stipulations, in the order they are listed. To be initially considered for registration, intention forms must be received by December 31st, regardless of parishioner status. Intention forms received after December 31st will be automatically wait-listed.

1. Active Parishioner families with children already attending Immaculate Conception Catholic School, preschool through 8th grade
2. Parishioners of Immaculate Conception, Dardenne
3. Non-parishioner Catholic families with children already attending Immaculate Conception Catholic School, preschool through 8th grade
   • Preschool acceptance and enrollment offers for non-parishioner or non-Catholic preschoolers are given on a year-to-year basis. The offer of re-enrollment for subsequent academic years is subject to review and preschool program availability at the time of re-registration for each academic year.
4. Non-parishioner Catholic
   • Preschool acceptance and enrollment offers for non-parishioner or non-Catholic preschoolers are given on a year-to-year basis. The offer of re-enrollment for subsequent academic years is subject to review and preschool program availability at the time of re-registration for each academic year.
5. Non-Catholics. Parents of non-Catholic students must agree to their children’s religious education and participation in religious activities. 
   • Preschool acceptance and enrollment offers for non-parishioner or non-Catholic preschoolers are given on a year-to-year basis. The offer of re-enrollment for subsequent academic years is subject to review and preschool program availability at the time of re-registration for each academic year.
