Chesterton Academy Open House

Chesterton Academy - Chesterton is for those looking for a deeply catholic high school with daily mass, First Friday observances and celebration of catholic feast days. Freshman take astronomy, swing dancing, Latin, geometry, philosophy, theology, logic and more! Note: as they are not on the common high school application yet, applying is completely separate.

Chesterton Academy Spring Open House is two weeks away! We would love for you to share this Open House information with anyone you know who has middle school students as well as share with your Parish and school communities. See attached flyer and details below.

Note: We create the master schedule based on the course courses the students request, therefore, once they make their requests if they are granted there should not be much need for course corrections in the fall. Students only have until the fifth day of the semester to request course corrections.

Freshmen orientation for back to school in the fall is going to be Wednesday, August 5th, from 8am to noon

tours with with the Link Crew students and getting to know the building and schedule.

Timberland Parents can enroll at the link provided: https://www.wentzville.k12.mo.us/enroll around late February. We do not have an open enrollment date as it is always open. However, if you register in late February for next school year, 2026-2027, you will have to show Proof of Residency by the start of next school year.

With the page for enrolling, there is a 'Registration Required Items' box. Please view that closely, as that helps with the enrollment process.

If you could email [email protected] the name of your child who is enrolling at Timberland High School, so she knows that you are not enrolling until the start of the 2026-2027 school year. We would appreciate it.

When everything has been completed for enrollment. Tara then will not process the enrollment until closer to the end of the 2026 school year because we want your child's completed school year records.

Note that Timberland is large enough that likely you will not be missing out on any course options.

Most 9th grade students take:

7.0 full credits total or a combo of sem .5 credit and full 1.0 credits to

1) English I 1.0

2) Algebra I 1.0 (unless credit was received in 8th grade)

3) AME-Applications of Matter & Energy 1.0

4) World History (a new change for this year) 1.0

5) pe .5 (unless taken in summer school) / paired with Health .5 (unless taken in summer school)

6) Pathway Elective or Practical Art 1.0

7) Elective or Fine Art 1.0
