Course Description

 5th grade PE focuses on developing skills, practicing personal and social responsibility, enjoying physical active, learning about sports, and having fun with our classmates.  
 
Our units are ultimate frisbee, flag football, pickleball, volleyball, hockey, spikeball, tchoukball, basketball, and soccer. We have HIPE (High Intensity Physical Education) Days scattered throughout the year to play student-favorite games that increase their heart rate. To test students cardiovascular system, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility, we participate in Fall and Spring Fitness Testing.
