When can I pick up my SCRIP?
That depends on when you buy or place your Scrip order. Times to purchase Scrip are convenient: Saturday evenings (5PM Mass) and before and after Mass on Sundays(except on Sun 6 p.m. Mass). Orders may be placed on Mondays and Thursdays when placed in the scrip box at school (just inside the doors) or emailed to scrip@icdschool.org by 9:00am, available for pickup after school that same day or the following morning in the nurse's office. There are some exceptions to the daily SCRIP - please see the schedule. When you purchase gift cards that we hold in our “On-Hand” inventory, you will receive them right away. (Please note that On-Hand vendors are listed on the front side of the Scrip Order Form). For any other gift cards you purchase that are NOT in our On-Hand inventory (or temporarily out of stock), the Scrip committee places an order to our wholesale vendor (Great Lakes Scrip Company-GLS) once per week – every Monday morning. We receive this order from GLS and have your order ready for pickup by Thursday after school or Friday morning at school. (Note: Thursday and Friday pick up is only available when school is in session – otherwise your order is ready for pickup during the weekend Masses in the St. Anne room).The following sample calendar demonstrates order placement dates and the corresponding pickup dates.
