SCRIP News and Changes
Recent Changes:
ATTN Lowes scrip users: If you intend to pay your bill with Lowes Scrip, please always ask for a manager to run it. The cards must be cashed out as a return and then made as a cash payment to account
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – SCRIP (2011 -2012 School Year)
Once again, we will be running two Express SCRIP shifts during the week. Orders will be filled on Mondays and Thursdays. You may turn in paper forms to SCRIP box inside school or submit your order through ShopWithScrip (see enclosed info) by 9:00 AM on Express days. Orders received (and paid for) by deadline, will be filled that day and ready for pick up from 2:30 – 3:00 PM outside nurse’s office. THERE WILL BE NO EMAIL ORDERING THIS YEAR.
If you place your order in the SCRIP box inside school or through ShopWithScrip after 9:00 AM, it will be filled on the following Express Day. Example: If you submit your order through ShopWithScrip on Friday AM, it will be ready Monday at pick up. It will NOT be available to pick up at Mass that weekend.
CHANGE THIS YEAR:
No SCRIP orders will be filled prior to receiving payment. Through ShopWithScrip, you have the option of placing an order and choosing to pay by “check”. However, until the check is received, that order will not be filled. When check is received, order will be filled on next Express day. If an order sits idle in the system for 7 days without receiving payment, order will be deleted. **You may only turn checks into school, not at weekend SCRIP shifts.
